 1. What is included in the Basic Plan? 

  • Cost: USD 18 / Month 
  • Subscribers: Up to 5000 per month 
  • Emails:50,000 per month 
  • Automation Series: 5 per month 

Best for individuals or small projects starting out. 

 

2. What are the benefits of the Pro Plan? 

  • Cost: USD 27 / Month  
  • Subscribers: Up to 10,000 per month 
  • Emails:100,000 per month 
  • Automation Series: 10 per month 

Ideal for professionals and growing businesses. 

 

3. What are the benefits of the Growth Plan? 

  • Cost: USD 54 / Month  
  • Subscribers: Up to 25,000 per month 
  • Emails: 250,000 per month 
  • Automation Series: Unlimited per month 
  • Perfect for scaling practices and enterprises needing maximum flexibility. 

 

4. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade your plans as your needs evolve. To downgrade, please contact support. 

 

5. How many automation series will I get for my plan?

The number of active newsletter (automation) series depends on your plan: 

  • Basic Plan → Up to 5 active series 
  • Pro Plan → Up to 5 active series 
  • Growth Plan → Up to 15 active series 

Each series can run on a recurring schedule (weekly, monthly, or quarterly)  

 

6. Are there any hidden fees?

No. Your monthly or yearly subscription covers all included features. 

 

7. What if I need more subscribers than my plan allows?

If you require more subscribers than your current plan, please contact the support team by raising a ticket for assistance. 

 

8. Does AidaJet offer a free plan?

NoAidaJet has noFree Plan.AidaJet provides three paid plans— Basic, Pro, and Growth—designed to suit different business needs. A free plan is not offered at this time. 

 

9. What paid plans does AidaJet offer?

We offer three paid plans: 

  • Basic Plan → Best for individuals or small projects starting out. 

  • Pro Plan → For growing teams and SMBs 

  • Growth Plan → For larger organizations with higher volume 

 

10. How many subscribers can I have on each plan? 

  • Basic Plan → 5000 subscribers 

  • Pro Plan → 10,000 subscribers 

  • Growth Plan → 25,000 subscribers 

 

11. How many emails can I send per month? 

  • Basic Plan → 50,000 emails 

  • Pro Plan → 100,000 emails 

  • Growth Plan → 250,000 emails 

 

12. How many automation series are included? 

  • Basic Plan → Up to 5 series 

  • Pro Plan → Up to 5 active series 

  • Growth Plan → Unlimited 

 

13. What are the subscription costs? 

AidaJet offers three plans — Basic, Pro, and Growth 

Basic Plan 

  • Cost → USD 18 / Month 

  • Includes: 

  • Up to 5 active newsletter series 
  • Up to 5,000 subscribers 
  • 50,000 emails per month 
  • Ideal for individuals, startups, or anyone who wants to try AidaJet before upgrading. 

 

Pro Plan 

  • Monthly Billing →USD 27 / Month 

  • Includes: 

  • Up to 10,000 subscribers 
  • 100,000 emails per month 
  • Up to 10 active newsletter (automation) series 

Best for: Small businesses and growing teams who want advanced features and more scale. 

 

Growth Plan 

  • Monthly Billing → USD 54 / Month 

  • Includes: 

  • Up to 25,000 subscribers 
  • 250,000 emails per month 
  • Unlimited newsletter (automation) series 

Best for: Larger organizations that need higher volume and more advanced automation. 

 

Additional Notes 

  • All plans come with AidaJet’s AI-powered newsletter creation, scheduling, reporting, and reminders. 

  • Top-ups are not available if you need more subscribers or emails beyond your plan’s limits contact the support team. 

 

14. Do you offer yearly discounts?

Annual billing is planned to be introduced soon. At present, for annual billing requests, please contact the support team by raising a ticket. 

 

15. Can I add top-ups at any time?

No, Top-ups are not available for any AidaJet plans. If additional usage or features are required, please contact the support team by raising a ticket for assistance. 

 

16. Can I upgrade my plan anytime?

Yes! You can upgrade from Basic → Pro → Growth at any time. The new plan limits take effect immediately, and the cost will be pro-rated based on your current billing cycle.  

 

17. What happens if I downgrade?

For now, to downgrade you need to contact our supportteam. 

 

18. Will my subscribers or newsletters be lost if I switch plans?

No. Your data remains safe when you upgrade. If you downgrade, you’ll need to adjust your usage to stay within the limits of your new plan. 

 

19. What payment methods are supported?

We accept major credit/debit cards and support payments via Stripe Checkout. 

 

20. Will I get an invoice or receipt for payments?

Yes. A receipt is automatically emailed after every successful payment. Please contact our support if you need a detailed invoice. 

 

21. Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are not provided for payments that have already been made, except in cases of duplicate payments. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle.  

 

22. Is there a free trial for paid plans?

AidaJet offers a 7-day free trial on all paid plans. The trial includes up to 500 subscribers and 1,000 email sends, allowing users to evaluate features before upgrading. 

 

23. Can I switch from monthly to yearly billing?

Not at the moment. We plan to add this option soon.  

 

24. Do higher plans come with better support?

Yes. Growth plan includes priority email support. 

 

25. How can I contact support about billing or plans?

You can reach out anytime through the help icon or chatbot inside your dashboard, or by submitting a support ticket.  

 

26. What payment methods are supported?

Currently, AidaJet supports credit card payments only via Stripe Checkout. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.). 

 

27. Can I pay using UPI, PayPal, or bank transfer?

Not at the moment. We only support credit cards. Support for additional methods may be added in the future. 

 

28. What happens if my payment fails?

Stripe will automatically retry the payment. If it continues to fail, your account may be placed on hold until a valid payment method is added. You’ll be notified via email before any disruption. 

 

29. Is there an automatic renewal for monthly/yearly plans? 

Yes. All AidaJet subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default: 

  • Monthly Plans → Renew automatically every month on your billing date. 

You’ll be notified before your renewal, and the payment will be processed using the credit card saved in your account.
