Integrate Email Sending with Your Domain

Modified on Tue, 3 Jun at 1:08 AM

To send emails through your own domain using AidaJet, you’ll need to add DMARC, DKIM, SPF, and CNAME records to your DNS.

Note: Steps may vary slightly depending on your DNS provider (e.g., GoDaddy, Cloudflare, AWS Route 53, BigRock), but the process remains largely the same.

Step 1: Log in to Your DNS Provider

Go to your domain provider’s dashboard and locate the DNS Management section.

Step 2: Add an SPF Record

  1. Click Add New Record.
  2. Choose TXT as the record type.
  3. Enter the Name and Value exactly as provided.
  4. Leave TTL as default.

Step 3: Add a DKIM Record

  1. Click Add New Record.
  2. Choose TXT as the record type.
  3. Enter the Name and Value exactly as shown in your Aida Jet screen.
  4. Leave TTL as default.

Step 4: Add a DMARC Record

  1. Click Add New Record.
  2. Choose TXT as the record type.
  3. For Name/Host, enter: _dmarc
  4. For Value, paste the DMARC value shown on your Aida Jet setup screen.
  5. Leave TTL at its default (or automatic) setting.

Step 5: Add CNAME Records

Aida Jet provides three CNAME records.

  1. For each record:
    • Click Add New Record

    • Select CNAME as the record type
    • Enter the Name and Value exactly as shown
    • Save the record
  2. Repeat for all three.
  3. Leave TTL at its default setting.

Final Step: Verify the Records

Once all records are added, it may take up to 24 hours for DNS changes to propagate.
After propagation, return to Aida Jet and click “Verify” to enable email sending through your domain.
