1.How can I edit my name or email address?

 

Log in to jet.aidanow.ai using your credentials. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner and select Profile from the menu. Your profile details will be displayed—make the necessary changes and click Save to update your information. 


2. Where do I find my personal information?

Log in to AidaJet using your credentials. In the upper-right corner, click your profile icon to open the dropdown menu.

  • Select Settings to view and edit your personal information
  • You can update details such as your name, email, and other relevant information.


3.How do I change my login email?

At the moment, you cannot change your login email directly from the application. If you need to update your login email, please reach out to our support team by ogging a ticket here. Our backend team will assist you with the change.


4. How can I access the settings menu in Aida Jet? 


To access your settings in Aida Jet:

  • Log in to your Aida Jet account.
  • Click your profile icon in the upper right-hand corner.

From the dropdown, select "Settings". The settings screen will be displayed. 


5. How do I update my company profile?

When you sign up for Aida Jet, you're asked to provide your company information during the setup process.

To update this information later:

  1. Log in to Aida Jet.

  2. Click the Profile icon in the top-right corner.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select Settings.

  4. In the Settings screen, choose Company  from the left-hand menu.

  5. Make your changes and save them.


6. How do I set my time zone in Aida Jet?

To set or update your time zone in Aida Jet:

  1. Log in to Aida Jet.

  2. Click the Profile icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

  4. In the Settings screen, click Company from the left-hand menu.

  5. Scroll down to find the Time Zone field below the company information.

  6. Select your time zone and save the changes.


7.How do I manage my brand settings?
To manage your brand settings in Aida Jet:

  1. Log in to Aida Jet.

  2. Click the Profile icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

  4. In the Settings screen, click Brand from the left-hand menu.

  5. From here, you can customize elements like your logo, brand colors, and default fonts.

  6. Make your changes and click Save to apply them.


8. How do I configure alert settings?

To configure your alert settings in Aida Jet:

  1. Log in to Aida Jet.

  2. Click the Profile icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

  4. In the Settings screen, click Alerts from the left-hand menu.

  5. Select the duration for when you'd like to receive alerts. 

  6. Click Save to apply your preferences.


9.How to edit the company details? 

To configure your Company settings in Aida Jet:

  1. Log in to Aida Jet.

  2. Click the Profile icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

  4. In the Settings screen, click Company from the left-hand menu.

  5. From here, you can customize elements like Company name,Company URL,Industry,Sub-industry,Timezone,Social link .Once you enter your company name and website URL, Aida Jet’s smart AI will automatically populate your social business page URL. You can edit it here if any changes are needed.
  6. Save Changes
    After editing, click the Save button to confirm your updates.

10. How to add and verify Sender Email ?

To start sending emails through Aida Jet, you’ll need to add and verify your sender email address. Follow these steps:

  1. Add Your Sender Email Address
     Enter the email address you’d like to use for sending emails. Please note:
    • You can only use one domain per user.
    • You may add two email addresses as long as they belong to the same domain.
  2. Complete the Verification Process
     After entering your email address:
    • Check your inbox for a verification email and confirm it.
    • Update your DNS records as instructed to verify your domain ownership.
  3. Verification Indicators
    • Once the domain is successfully verified, it will appear on the screen with a green tick.
    • Your verified email address will appear along with its status, and options to edit or delete.

Make sure to complete both steps of the verification process to ensure successful email delivery.

11. How to configure Alerts?

Login to AidaJet.

  1. Access Settings

    • Click on the profile icon  in the top-right corner.

    • From the dropdown, choose Settings.

  2. Navigate to the "Alerts" Tab

    • On the left-side panel within Settings, click "Alerts".

    • You'll see options categorized by newsletter frequency: Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly.

3. Make the changes required and click on Save. Note that only the last alert option under  weekly, monthly, or quarterly section is editabe.


12. Where Are Alerts Sent?

Alerts are typically sent to:

  • The email address associated with your user profile.

  • Dashboard notifications.


13. How to update user profile?

1. Access the settings menu under profile menu dropdown. 

2. Make the desired changes to your first name, last name, profile photo or mobile number.

3. Click the Save button at the bottom right of the panel to apply and save your updates.


14. Can I add my custom font to brand settings?
While you won’t be able to upload custom fonts at the moment, you can choose from the available options listed under "Fonts you use" in your brand settings. We’ve curated a set of popular fonts to help keep your newsletters looking sharp and on-brand!
