1. Can I turn BotDivert off? 

Both total clicks (including bot clicks) and Validated clicks (without BOT clicks) are shown in the email newsletter performance. You don't have a need to turn BotDivert off.

2. Will BotDivert affect real subscribers? 

Less than 2% of genuine clicks may be flagged, but the system improves with each campaign - as the BioDivert AI has a ML that learns continuously.

3. How do I know if BotDivert filtered my clicks? 

In the heatmap view, you’ll find a toggle button called Valid clicks that lets you switch between the original click count and the filtered (bot-free) click count.
