4. Which platforms does Aida Jet integrate with?

Aida Jet integrates with Zoho, HubSpot, Mailchimp and Apollo.io for seamless marketing and CRM workflows.

5. How do I connect Aida Jet with my Zoho, HubSpot, Mailchimp or Apollo.io account?

• Navigate to the Third party Integrations section in your Aida Jet settings.
• Select the platform you want to connect.
• Authorize Aida Jet by logging into your respective account and granting the necessary permissions.
• Once connected, You will be able to sync your contacts when required.
• Ensure that your platform in integrated with Aida Jet under settings.
• Create a new newsletter or open a draft newsletter program series.
• Go to the Subscribers section.
• On right section, you will find CRM/Data provider
• Select the option CRM, Select the CRM.
• Click on Fetch data.
• The contact list from the CRM will be imported.
• To keep things simple and speed up newsletter creation, Aida Jet only requires you to import four essential subscriber fields from Zoho: First Name, Last Name, Email, Company. Map these fields in the mapping area and click on upload list.

6. Why were some of my contacts not uploaded?
AidaJet automatically validates email addresses during the subscriber list upload. If an email address fails this validation, it will not be uploaded to prevent issues like high bounce rates, which can negatively impact email deliverability and domain reputation. You can view the failed records and the reasons for each failure on the Subscriber List Import Results screen.
