1. I am having trouble logging in. What can I do?
Try these solutions:
- Check Credentials: Ensure you are entering the correct username and password.
- Reset Password: Use the "Forgot Password" option to reset your password.
- Clear Browser Cache: Clear your browser's cache and cookies if you're using a web app.
- Disable Extensions: Disable any browser extensions that might interfere with login.
- Contact Support: If you still can't log in, reach out to our support team by submitting a support ticket here.
2. Why were some of my contacts not uploaded?
AidaJet automatically validates email addresses during the subscriber list upload. If an email address fails this validation, it will not be uploaded to prevent issues like high bounce rates, which can negatively impact email deliverability and domain reputation. You can view the failed records and the reasons for each failure on the Subscriber List Import Results screen.
3. I forgot my login credentials—what should I do?
Please submit a support ticket here with your company details, along with the name and contact information of the person who purchased the Aida Jet subscription. The more information you provide, the easier it will be for our team to retrieve your credentials.
4. What do I do if I get a "User already exists" error during registration?
This error means that AidaJet detected your account as an existing user account. Note that the user account details are maintained for 6 months for audit purposes.
Please check if you've entered the correct email ID during registration.
